Ashleigh & Wesley: Maternity Photos in Greensboro

January 20, 2018

Let me set the scene for you: windy, partially cloudy, and a high of 31 degrees. Would you be able to believe that from these photos?

I'm amazed at the resiliency of these two. Far too often, we share the photos but hardly do we ever tell the "behind the scenes" story.

Picture this: as we walked through the beautiful Tanger Family Bicentennial Park in Greensboro, Wes was helping to bundle Ashleigh and the baby bump up in between every shot for warmth. Through each location, Wes continued to make sure they were taken care of. It's funny how in little moments like this, you can tell he's going to be a great Dad!

Towards the end of our session, we FINALLY got a little bit of sunshine with no wind. So what do I do? I make them stand in the shade to get the perfect shots at the mill. (I know! I'm awful!!) Even with the freezing weather, Ashleigh made these images look effortlessly gorgeous.

They are due in March and could not be any more excited to meet their sweet new addition. It's fun for me to think about this stage as it was just a short 5 (almost 6, gasp!) months ago that my husband and I were anxiously awaiting our little one's arrival.

Little did I know, when I booked this session, that I was about to have a blast in the cold with this fun-loving couple. I'm thankful for clients like you. Thank you for choosing me!

Here are a few of my favorites..
